The fine print, in plain words.

You pay the setup once, at checkout. That covers building your assistant and your website. Checkout saves your card, and your monthly starts on it the day both are live, then renews on that date each month. It is never part of the same charge as your setup.

The one-page package is $79 a month. The full website package is $99 a month. There is no contract.

Checkout and the monthly run through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

If you change your mind before you send us your intake form, write to us and you get your setup back in full.

Once your intake form is in, we start writing your assistant and building your website from your answers. From that point the setup isn't refundable, because the work is made for you and can't be sold to anyone else.

If we can't deliver what your package describes, you get your setup back.

Monthly payments aren't refunded for a month that has already started.

Your monthly covers three things:

• Hosting your website.
• Running your assistant, with no per-message fees.
• Your edits.

Edits are the small changes that keep everything current. New prices, new hours, adding or retiring a service, swapping a photo, updating a policy, fixing a broken link. Send them to us as one list each month and we make them together.

Some work is bigger than an edit, and we quote it before we start: a new page, a redesign, a new set of photos, moving to a new domain, or connecting a different booking system.

Write to us at hello@herassistant.beauty any time. Your cancellation stops the next monthly bill. Everything keeps working until the end of the month you already paid for.

After that:

• Your assistant's link stops answering.
• Your website comes down.
• Your domain stays yours, because you bought it in your own name.
• Ask and we send you your text and photos.

Your words, your prices, your photos, and your clients are yours. The designs and the software that runs your assistant are ours, and you get to use them for as long as you're a customer.

Your web address, like yourname.com, is yours too. You buy it in your own name and pay for it directly, and we connect your website to it. We never register a domain for you, so nobody but you ever controls it.

What we keep about you. Your name and email from checkout, and everything you send us on your intake form, including your prices, policies, and any screenshots or photos. We use it to build and run your assistant and your website, and for nothing else.

What we keep about your clients.When a client chats with your assistant, we store her messages and the assistant's replies. If she shares her name and phone number so you can reach her, or to book, we store those too. We keep them so you can see who wrote and follow up.

What we never do.We don't sell anyone's information. We don't use it for ads. We don't message your clients ourselves.

Who helps us run it. A few companies handle parts of the work, and each only sees what it needs:

• Anthropic writes the assistant's replies, so it sees the chat.
• Supabase stores conversations and client contact details.
• Vercel hosts the sites and counts page visits, without cookies.
• Resend sends our emails to you, like your welcome email and the alerts that tell you someone wants you.
• Stripe handles payments.
• Flodesk keeps our mailing list, for news from us.
• Notion holds your intake form answers.
• Your booking tool, like Square or Google Calendar, if you connect it, so the assistant can see your open times.

Deleting it.You can ask us to delete your information or your clients' conversations at any time, and a client of yours can ask the same about her own. Write to hello@herassistant.beauty.
